Environmental Policy

Tuff Torq is committed to environmental responsibility, pollution prevention, and compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements.  To achieve this goal, we have developed and maintain an ISO 14001-based EMS that includes:

• Process for identifying and managing environmental processes and operational controls.
• Measurable environmental objectives and targets.
• Pollution prevention, continual improvement, and regulatory compliance are the personal responsibility of each employee.

ISMS Policy

Tuff Torq’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), in accordance with the requirements of ISO standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013, is to appropriately preserve privacy and the “Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability” (CIA) of Tuff Torq information assets.  The ISMS framework serves as Tuff Torq’s mechanism to appropriately identify, select, maintain, and improve information security controls that are involved with the daily operations for its clients and business associates.  The ISMS is managed from the Tuff Torq headquarters.

Conflict Minerals Policy

Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act

TTC complies with the US law above and Yanmar policy for the prohibition of purchase of conflict minerals as defined by the act for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and nine adjoining countries.
